Purpose

• Suppliers are expected to comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws.

• Child labour, forced labour, and modern slavery are strictly prohibited within our supply chain.

• Suppliers should actively support the well-being of their workforce, including access to health and safety measures.

• Diversity, equity, and inclusion should be actively promoted within supplier organisations.

• Community engagement and social initiatives are encouraged, particularly where suppliers operate.

Supplier Selection & Evaluation

• Succeed Digital will prioritise suppliers who can demonstrate sustainability credentials, including certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, Fairtrade).

• Suppliers may be requested to provide evidence of their sustainability practices, including policies or reports.

• Periodic reviews of key suppliers will be conducted to ensure compliance with this statement.
